What happens in a test web-class?
I’m so excited that you are willing to participate in a LIVE web-class event with Animal Training Academy. I’m very excited about the actual web-class and am really appreciative to you for taking time out of your busy schedule to do it and also do a test run with me.
There are just a quick few things to go through for the web-class practice run. One of the main goals is to ensure we get all the software working well for you … Traditionally we have needed to use gmail accounts to use the software but they have made some changes recently so I’m hoping that this is the case. We will try for with your TPG email and hope this works. If it doesn’t then I have created a gmail account for you just for the web-class as a back up… but won’t give you details about this unless we need to use it and hopefully we won’t. So what will happen is I will send you an invite to connect to your email and you will want to click the presenter link.
Pushed send to early there… I mean to say “I’m hoping that this is not the case”
And you will want to use google chrome if you have this installed on your computer… do you know if you do?
If you don’t have it installed… no worries we will get this sorted for you. Once the link is clicked it’s going to ask you to install an extension for your google chrome browser… basically just a little piece of software that attaches to google chrome and allows the software to work.
once this is installed we will get you logging into the web-class test… Your computer is going to then do three little tests with you asking if you can see and hear yourself on the screen… Basically testing your camera and microphone… If you can see and hear yourself click yes if not then I will be on here [i.e. FB messenger to help you troubleshoot]…
Once we have passed the three tests then you want to click let the testing begin… and we should be able to see and hear each other…
As I said I will be on here… to help you troubleshoot any issues and get you all set up!
I hope this makes sense, let me know if you have any questions and I look forward to seeing you soon! Ryan
